Painologist ® for your field

Tele health and wellness

I have a field? How do I know that and why do I care?

How does a field have anything to do with my stress or chronic pain and chronic sorrow?

Field theory stems from the work of a business psychologist called Kirk Lewin. Some people apply his theories to individuals. According to Ansel Woldt in order to change our situation (in this case pain) we must change not only ourselves, but the 'whole context in which a person lives.' This means that a change in one thing (such as your mood, sudden windfall of money, or reduction or increase in chronic pain intensity) affects everything else in the field.
As a painologist®, my job is to help you reduce your chronic sorrow (emotional) and chronic pain (physical) using psychotherapy and energy psychology techniques.....Together we help you heal your mind/body/spirit. My specialty is emotional and physical pain reduction to free your spirit and increase your quality of life.
Change becomes fluid like with dominos. This sort of idea means that part of 'change' is in the process itself, the process of treatment, your personal experience and so on. Lots of parts of the field can be active at once, creating a constant context of changing field. This is both what makes life so confusing sometimes and also what helps us make changes. Improve one part of your life, like your mood, and improve another part of your life, like relationships or sense of accomplishment or pain.

Once you are aware of the characteristics of each of the four quadrants, we can begin to look for solutions.
